Bedrooms

All three bedrooms are carpeted and have their own lockable doors.  All beds can be accessed from both sides.

Second floor landing

The landing is 1.75m by 3m and is fully carpeted. 

Bedroom 1

Bedroom 1 is 5.5m by 2.5 m and has a king-size double bed: the access door is 75cm wide.

It is fitted with two bed-side tables, a dressing table with chair, leather easy chair and a side table with tea-making facilities.  There are built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom 2 is 6.1m by 2.8m and has twin beds with a central bed-side table.  The access door is 75cm wide.

The room is fitted with a small sofa, coffee table and chest of drawers.  There are built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 3

Bedroom 3 is 3.7m by 3m and has a standard double bed with two bed-side tables.  The access door is 75cm wide.

The room is fittted with a double-door wardrobe with drawers beneath, and a leather easy chair. 

Bathrooms

 The bathroom areas have Amtico (hard vinyl) flooring.

En-suite shower room

The shower room is 3m by 3.3m and has a shower cubicle, wc and wash-hand basin.  Access doors from either bedroom are 67cm wide. 

The basin is round-fronted and is 86cm high: it has a mirror above and a shaver point adjacent.  The seat of the wc is 39cm from the floor.

Access to the shower is via a glass door: the step into the shower is 26cm high.

Bathroom

The door to the bathroom is 67cm wide.  The bathroom is 2.9m by 2.8m and it is fitted with a bath with over-bath shower, a wash-hand basin and wc.

The basin is round-fronted and is 86cm high: it has a shaving mirror and a shaver point adjacent.  There is also a large mirror opposite the basin. The seat of the wc is 39cm from the floor.

The bath is 56cm high and has a glass shower screen.
