Kissing Gate B&B Ebrington, Chipping Campden

Conservatory

The conservatory is a large, airy space and is accessed from the lounge through double doors: there is a threshold bar between the lounge and the conservatory. The conservatory houses the dining area.

The conservatory has Amtico (hard vinyl) flooring.  It has a large sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table.

Acccess to the garden is through french doors which are 136 cm wide onto a hard-paved patio area.  There is a step down of 26 cm.

The back garden

The lower patio is a large, clear area of rough-cast hard flag-stones.

Access to the upper patio and grassed area is up a flight of four steps (see picture). Each step is 15 cm high and 45 cm deep and made of rough-cast material: there is no handrail.

There is also access down two similar steps to the back gate: again there is no handrail.

Once accessed, the garden is on the level with grass to one side and a hard rough-cast patio area underneath a pergola to the other.  Under the pergola are a table and six garden chairs:  all the chairs have arms.

Please be aware that Barney, our golden retriever, is usually out in the garden during the day.  While he is very gentle, he is still only two years old: sometimes he can be a little boisterous.  He is kept away from guests unless they have specifically asked for him to be allowed to mingle. If you are at all concerned, please let Anne or Dougal know.
