Our prices

Bedroom 1 (King)  : £70 per room per night, including breakfast, based on 2 people sharing and with an ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 (Twin): £70 per room per night including breakfast based on 2 people sharing and with an ensuite shower room.
Family suite  : £110 per night, including breakfast, based on up to 4 people booking bedrooms 1 and 2 and sharing an ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 3 (Double) : £65 per room per night, including breakfast, based on 2 people sharing and with a private bathroom.
 
Single occupancy of any bedroom is £55 per room per night, including breakfast.
Unlike many other guest houses in the Cotswolds we don't charge you more if you just want to come and stay one night or at the weekend - with us you're welcome any time!

Deposit

A 25% (minimum £25) deposit is required for all bookings and this may be made by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal.

Cancellations

 If you cancel your booking 14 days or more ahead of your proposed arrival date, there will be no cancellation charge and your deposit will be returned in full less a £10 administration fee.


If you cancel after this time we regret that your deposit will be non-refundable.
